Zakat is distributed only to Shariah-compliant recipients, with priority given to urgent humanitarian needs.
Complete records of Zakat collection and distribution are maintained. Zakat funds are never used for administrative or operational expenses.
Once Zakat is donated, it cannot be refunded except in the case of a technical error.
