Salvation orphans rehabilitation Centre

We believe that education is the corner stone of all forms of human development, and that is why our organization invests its larger share of resources on education.

The Society has identified 150 orphan children till date in the district of Sitamarhi. Realizing it as the primary need of the hour to provide shelter and education to them the Salvation purchased a piece of land measuring 1.5 acre at a cost of Rs. 360,000 between March and June of the year 2009 (refer to the Society’s audit report, 2009 – 2010). This piece of land was purchased in the village of Dema, Sitamarhi Bihar. Construction of a building consisting of four large rooms (size: 18x20 feet each), 2 toilets, 2 bathrooms, corridor, is going on and off (relevant photos given) in an area of 6 kathas (approx 600 sqr. yards) with an open space for the inmates to play and enjoy life.

Our further plan is the open a recreation centre, medical/health care centre and a Senior Secondary School for Muslim girls on the remaining piece of land. Fund restraint is causing such a delay that is really causing harm to the interests of those 150 orphan children. We also plan to build a school on this piece of land to provide education to the same.

Salvation appeals the funding organizations and individuals to join hands in its effort to support the orphans, deprived and underprivileged persons, especially women. They have their dreams too. Let us do our parts to fulfill them.
